Client Success Manager

Job Description

Experience and Qualifications

● Experience owning, maintaining, and driving a customer relationship in a quota or retention-carrying role
● Excellent phone, written and verbal communication skills. Familiar with presenting strategy verbally in person, over the phone, and in email communication.
● Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize and time manage for successful execution.
● Confident, self motivated, and a true team player
● Demonstrated desire to learn

 

Responsibilities of a Client Success Manager include:

● Engage customers in recurring strategy calls, and onsite visits as needed, to derive maximum value from their investment with adHere
● Manage a roster of client account accounts by providing valuable solutions in a consultative manner to build growth opportunities
● Track the performance of the clients’ advertising campaigns and optimize toward short and long term goals
● Support day-to-day client success activities, including client success reports, data analysis, and client performance
● Organize and maintain client success contracts, insertion orders, and monthly client allocation updates
● Interface with clients and resolve support requests
● Perform daily analysis of rejections with a goal of reducing real time and end of the month rejections
● Perform analysis in excel of client metrics and KPIs with the goal of improving the quantity and quality of leads generated
● Act as the glue between the client success, marketing, technology, and operations teams
● Collaborate with our internal team to coordinate new product requests with the campaigns
● Utilize CRM to record activities and build client opportunity pipeline

Paid Media Acquisition Manager

Overview of the role

We are looking for a creative and ambitious master of Paid Media. This role is responsible for scaling profits across paid media channels by driving lower costs per customer acquisition while increasing media spend. You will initially master our current paid social media channel then expand your mastery beyond the current paid social media channel. You will grow your knowledge to lead the charge in our expansion of traffic sources such as TikTok, Quora, Twitter, YouTube, and Google.

 

Key responsibilities

● Ideate, create, and test paid advertising campaigns to acquire new leads and customers
● Continuously iterate campaigns, ad groups, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates & lower CPAs.
● Monitor spend and performance on a daily basis to reach or exceed monthly acquisition goals.
● Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions
● Thoroughly understand client’s business, goals, and KPIs
● Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in social media and paid social media (betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.)
● Maintain knowledge of the dynamic digital ecosystem (search, social, native, display) and how channels work together
● Seek automation opportunities to scale impact and reach of paid media efforts.
● Develop, document, and implement best practices to drive efficiency.

 

Who we are looking for:

● You must have excellent aesthetic taste, period, with full awareness of creative processes, design trends & techniques
● 2+ years of direct experience executing and managing performance-based paid media campaigns.
● Understanding of fundamental media metrics and calculations (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA).
● Experienced in using Facebook Ads manager (Skills on platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads manager are a plus.)
● Strong knowledge of project management tools, and a knack for analyzing large amounts of data.
● Copywriting skills
● Ability to contribute to an entrepreneurial, innovative, and collaborative team-based environment.
● Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details.
● Extremely analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.
● Desire and drive to always be learning.
● Excellent communication skills.

Technical Lead

Overview of the role

adHere is rapidly growing and to support this growth we’re looking for the best Technical Lead in the industry to lead our developers in accomplishing our technology road map in a timely manner while still being willing to get under the hood with them. With our rapid growth comes a lot of projects that need to be focused on and completed in a timely manner. We are looking for a champion that will be able to keep the team in alignment and effectively communicate the details to the team members involved in executing. We are looking for someone that wouldn’t be scared to get their hands dirty and learn how to execute on the project items that are not moving fast enough to meet deadlines, support our company’s quarterly objectives, and provide guidance in moving from our old technology stack to the new one. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a blend of detail, organization, and patience in working with a variety of personalities to get the job done. You will hold the technology department accountable to deliver what was agreed upon. We are looking for someone that has a “do whatever it takes” attitude and is motivated to improve in every area of their life every day. This position is not for someone who is not ready to take on the responsibility of making a big impact in a fast-growing company. If you are looking to grow in a role with a path to becoming a Director of Technology or CTO then this is the opportunity for. This position is only accountable to the President and will be taking a large leadership role after learning the ins and outs of our technology department. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of developers.

 

Key responsibilities

40% Development
● Participate in the front-end and back-end web and Lead Management System development following the latest development methodologies
● Design and develop websites, administrative applications, services, and APIs
● Maintain and support existing web applications and consumer-facing web properties
● Maintain and expand automated unit tests
● Participate in architecture discussions for new features and for improvements to the existing system structure
● Bring a focus on high-quality code and development best practices
● Produce code that meets specifications
● Database development including creating queries, indexes, views, stored procedures, and triggers

30% Project Management
● Directs and oversees the complete organization’s operations
● Lead the design and implementation of operational policies, objectives, and initiatives
● Evaluates current and proposed operational systems and procedures and implements changes as necessary
● Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for clients, project leaders and project teams and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure
● Fosters transparency and accountability on all engagements
● Develops full project plans including timelines, resource management, business, and technical requirements
● Monitors progress to ensure project milestones are completed on time, on budget and meeting the requirements
● Proactively identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate risks
● Handle multiple projects concurrently with multiple cross-functional teams spread across continents
● Management of the media optimization projects pipeline
● Host weekly project sizing meetings to allow multiple resources to collaborate and discuss project deliverables, dependencies, effort and resources required

30% Other People Functions
● Hold all technology team members accountable to deliverables agreed upon and track KPIs with each employee
● Conduct daily stand ups and daily stand downs
● Conduct quarterly reviews of all developers
